The Legal Division performs the following tasks:-

 

     the main duties of the division :

1- Organizing contracts and conducting auctions and tenders 

2- certification of agencies and guarantees as a notary 

3- conservative committees 

4- representing the institute in a judicial manner before the courts and pleading in the lawsuits filed against others and filed against the institute

 

 Division secondary duties :

1- representing the institute before the public integrity commission 

2- legal advice

3-participation in the committees requested by the department according to a legal context

4- Annual subscription to the Iraq newspaper AL-Waqar

5-reviewing all official and non-official departments with regard to the legal interest of the institute

6- Executing the legal procedures required from the institute
