Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of Northern Technical University, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Ghanem Ayoub, Dean of the Technical Institute of Nineveh, the Citizen Affairs Unit at the institute, in collaboration with the Department of Financial and Banking Technologies, organized a workshop titled “Time Management,” attended by a number of institute staff. Thus, time management is extremely important, given that people often face a large number of tasks.The workshop covered:The first steps to reaching a goal are defining it and then understanding the path to it. You cannot achieve anything by just looking at the top of the pyramid; you need to divide large tasks into smaller tasks with defined timeframes and combine them like Lego pieces until the main objective of the task is completed.The seminar aimed to:Evaluate responsibilities and tasks and prioritize them, a necessary skill for successful time management.
