A lecturer from Nineveh_Technical_Administration_Institute presents the Dean with a book authored by him.

Assistant professor Abdul Qadir Ahmed Ali, a faculty member in the Department of Information Technologies, gifted the libraries a book titled “Taxonomy and Its Role in Organizing Information on Websites: An Evaluative Study.” The importance of this book is evident in its focus on taxonomy as one of the fundamental pillars for organizing and managing content on websites, particularly those of Iraqi universities. The study demonstrated that the absence of robust classification structures and integrated navigation systems weakens the informational infrastructure and hinders effective access to knowledge. It provides practical recommendations that position it as a cognitive and methodological framework, assisting academics and developers in elevating the quality of websites to the level of advanced global platforms, thereby establishing taxonomy as both a knowledge philosophy and a strategic approach.
