Nineveh Technical Management Institute
Nineveh Technical Institute is one of the scientific institutions of the Northern Technical University founded in 1993-1994, it contains eight departments: Department of Computer Systems Technologies, Department of Accounting Technologies, Department of Financial and Banking Technologies, Department of Legal Management Techniques and Department of Tourism and Hotel Management Technologies, Department of Information Technology and Libraries, Department of Office Management Techniques and Department of Materials Management Techniques. The Institute accepts graduates from Scientific preparatory study, Literary and Commercial Branch and the duration of study is (two calendar years), It includes practical training in factories and various directorates, and the graduate is awarded a technical diploma in the field of specialization. The evening study was opened for the following departments (Department of Accounting, Legal Management, Tourism and Hotel Management) in the academic year 2020-2021.

It is one of the scientific departments of the Nineveh Technical Institute was established in 2001 and was established as (Department of Computer Systems) since the beginning of the academic year 2002 – 2003 and then the name was updated to become (Department of Computer Systems) to be more compatible with the vision, mission and goals achieved by the department, and the department accepts students in it from the scientific branch of preparatory study The duration of study in it is two years with summer training for two months
It is one of the scientific departments of the Technical Institute of Nineveh, established with the beginning of the establishment of the Institute in 1993 in order to contribute to the provision and provision of state institutions and the private sector with the appropriate technical accounting staff for the management of economic units, and is the largest section of the Institute in terms of the numbers of teaching staff and the numbers of students and students are admitted to it from the graduates of the scientific branch of preparatory study and the commercial branch of professional studies, The duration of the study is two years and includes practical training in state departments.

The duration of the study is two years and includes practical training in state departments and the private sector.
It is one of the scientific departments of the Technical Institute of Nineveh founded in 1998 aims to prepare and qualify technical staff to work in hotels, restaurants, resorts and tourist complexes in all its specialties, accepting students from the scientific and literary branches of preparatory study and the Institute of Tourism and Hospitality, the duration of study in it is two years with summer training for two months.
Department of Materials Management Techniques was opened in 1985-1986 on the recommendation of the Ministry of Education at the time, as it showed that its need for library graduates at the time, which amounts to 25.000 middle cadres, and the department still monitors the need for the labor market with middle cadres of graduates of this section and graduate students are entitled to the top ten percent of the number of students in the department to complete their studies in library departments in Iraqi universities to obtain a bachelor’s degree, as well as changing the name of the Department of Library Management and is currently the Department of Information Technology and miktiyat.

The department was established in (1975-1976) as an office management and then was renamed in (1991-1992) to the secretarial department and in (2004-2005) the department was renamed again to the office management department, as 36 courses were graduated from the establishment of the department to the academic year (2012-2013).
The evening study has been introduced in the department since (1996-1997) the number of courses that are graduated from this study (16) course.
Preparing technical administrative cadres responsible for materials management equipped with academic knowledge and practical skills that qualify them to transform plans and goals into action and work with a high quality degree and be a link between the manager and employees to translate the plans and objectives of the organization and the manager’s thought into action and achievement by employees.
